This equipment is an automatic O-ring assembly machine specially designed for the valve industry. It is used to realize the automated upgrade of the valve sealing ring assembly process. The equipment can be seamlessly integrated into existing production lines, replacing traditional manual assembly methods and fundamentally solving industry pain points such as low manual assembly efficiency and poor quality stability.
The equipment realizes automatic feeding of the valve core and O-ring through the vibration plate, and the PLC programmable controller coordinates the actions of each work station. The O-ring is grabbed and expanded through a special clamping mechanism. The mobile module moves the expanded O-ring to the valve core station, and is accurately assembled through the positioning and pushing mechanism. The whole machine adopts a combination of cylinder drive and servo positioning to ensure fast movement and accurate position. Each key station of the equipment is equipped with detection sensors, which can monitor the assembly status in real time and automatically shut down and alarm when an abnormality occurs.
