Description of Double Ring Automatic Assembly Machine
Double ring assembly machine is an advanced automated assembly equipment, mainly used to assemble two ring-shaped work pieces.
This equipment usually consists of the vibrating bowl feeders, a frame, an assembly table, robotic arms, conveyor belt, sensors, etc., which can achieve a highly automated assembly process.
The assembly platform is provided with a first station and a second station for placing bent pipe work pieces.
The first vibrating bowl feeder outputs the bent pipe work pieces to the first station in an orderly manner; the second vibrating bowl feeder outputs the casing work pieces to the second station in an orderly manner. Then, the first pushing mechanism and the second pushing mechanism push the work piece from the first station and the second station to the assembly position for assembly.
Finally, the unloading mechanism unloads the assembled work pieces from the second pushing mechanism.
